How to Send and Receive Messages

You can communicate directly with potential employers throughout the application process by sending and receiving messages. This allows you to ask questions, stay informed, and respond promptly to updates. You can also favourite important messages or delete those no longer needed, helping you stay organised and focused.


Log in to SAMpeople Recruit.


1. Select Messages.



2. Find messages by using the search bar and selecting Search.


3. Click on a message to view its contents.



4. Type in the field to reply to messages. 


5. Attach files by selecting Choose Files and uploading a file from your device.


Click Send.



6. Favourite a message by clicking on the star icon. These messages will then be found in the Favourites section.


7. Delete messages by selecting the bin icon. These messages can be found in the Deleted section.


8. View messages sent to potential employers by clicking on Sent.
