If you’ve joined a school or trust’s talent pool, you remain in consideration for future opportunities that match your skill set. However, you’re always in control of your preferences. If at any point you decide that you no longer wish to be considered for roles within that organisation, you can opt out easily. This ensures your profile reflects your current intentions and allows you to manage your job search on your own terms.
Log in to SAMpeople Recruit.
1. Select Preferences.
2. Select Talent Pool.
Candidates can see the schools they have requested to join.
3. Access the talent pool request form for each school by clicking View.
4. Delete any of the talent pool request forms by selecting the red delete icon.
A notification will appear informing the candidate they have been removed from the talent pool successfully.
